Board and Training
Overlook Farm provides a full care board and training service. This includes hay, feed, bedding and turnout.  Horses are exercised 5x per week and groomed daily. This fee includes all non-veterinary products used in daily care, clipping and trimming.

Lessons with Overlook instructors, horse show coaching and course walks are also included and are considered to be part of the horse’s daily exercise. All farrier, veterinary, shipping and entry expenses are the responsibility of the horse’s owner.

Virginia Board and Training - $1700/month
Virginia Board an No Training - $800/month

Florida Board and Training - $1900/month
Florida Board and No Training - $1000/month
(The higher rate for Florida board is due to the high cost of feed down south.)
Dry Stall with Shavings and No Services - $600/month

Daily Board Rates
Daily rates include stall, bedding, turnout and use of Overlook rings and facilities. Students must provide their own hay and feed for their horse.
Daily stall rate in both Virginia and Florida - $35/day

Shipping
Shipping any round trip distance 40 miles or less is $75 per horse.
Shipping any round trip distance between 41-100 miles is $90 per horse.
Shipping any round trip distance over 100 miles is charged at a flat rate of $90 per horse, plus $0.50/mile for every mile over 100.
